Does the customer need to download an app?
No app dedicated to your business is needed. The card is added to Apple Wallet, built into every iPhone, or to Google Wallet on Android — customers may need to download it from Google Play if it isn't installed.
How are stamps or points added?
Staff open “Scan card” in the dashboard and scan the QR code on the customer's card, or type the card number. The stamp or points are added instantly and the card updates on the customer's phone.
How is a reward redeemed?
When the stamps are complete, staff redeem it in the scanner with one tap.
How many notifications can I send?
On iPhone, a notification appears on the lock screen when the card updates, as long as the customer keeps its notifications on. On Android, Google allows up to 3 messages that trigger a notification per card every 24 hours; any more update the card silently. Sound depends on the customer's phone settings.
Does the card appear near the shop?
On iPhone the card may suggest itself on the lock screen near your saved branches, depending on place, time and phone settings — so it isn't guaranteed every time.
What if the customer doesn't add the card to the wallet?
They keep a web card page with a QR code, or staff search by the card number.
What if a customer changes phones?
They sign up again with the same number and get the same card back.
What do setup, support and renewal include?
Setup: account preparation and designing your first card. Support: via WhatsApp. Renewal: same plan before the subscription ends.
What happens when the subscription ends?
Cards stay in wallets; stamps and offers pause until you renew.

How is the price calculated?
A loyalty program = a card with its own design and reward rules, e.g. “Collect 8 stamps, get a coffee”, and it can hold thousands of customers. Rewards a business gives its customers are paid for by the business.
