Reza — loyalty cards in your phone wallet
Data we collect
When you sign up for a loyalty card we store your name and phone number, plus your birthday and email if you choose to add them, and a record of your visits, stamps and points at the shop.
Why we collect it
To create your card in your phone wallet, update your stamps and rewards, send you the shop's offers and alerts, and your birthday gift if you added the date.
Who can see it
Only the shop you signed up with, and the platform team for technical support. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. Apple or Google host the card in your wallet under their own policies.
Notifications
You receive the shop's notifications because the card is in your wallet. To stop them, remove the card or turn off its notifications in the card settings.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your card is active. You can ask the shop or the platform team to delete it at any time, and we will within 30 days.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), data access is limited to protected accounts, and we never ask you for a password or payment details.
