Reza
These terms govern business subscriptions to Reza Pass, a digital loyalty card platform (rezapass.com). By activating or using your account, you accept these terms on behalf of your business.
1. Definitions
- “Platform”: the Reza Pass service, including the dashboard, scanner, public pages and wallet cards.
- “Business” or “Subscriber”: the café, shop or other entity that opens an account on the Platform.
- “Loyalty program”: a card with its own design and reward rules, e.g. “Collect 8 stamps, get a coffee”.
- “Customer”: a person who joins a business’s loyalty program and keeps its card on their phone.
2. Account and activation
- We set up the business account once the plan is agreed, and hand it over to the owner with login details.
- The owner is responsible for accurate information and for keeping passwords and staff accounts secure.
- Subscribers may add staff and branches within the limits of their plan.
3. Plans, prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Iraqi dinars. Plans differ in the number of branches, loyalty programs and staff accounts.
- Monthly subscriptions are paid in advance each month; yearly subscriptions are paid in advance for a full year and save two months.
- The number of customers is unlimited on every plan.
- We may change prices in future with at least 30 days’ notice; changes never apply to a period already paid.
4. Renewal, upgrades and cancellation
- Subscriptions are renewed by payment before the end date, and we send a reminder before it expires.
- You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time without losing data.
- You can stop renewing at any time; the account stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Amounts paid for a period that has started are non-refundable, unless we are unable to provide the service.
5. Expiry or suspension
- When a subscription ends, customers’ cards stay in their wallets, but adding stamps and sending offers pause until renewal.
- Business data is kept, and work can resume immediately after renewal.
- We may temporarily suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell the subscriber why.
6. Business responsibilities
- Setting rewards and offers, honouring them for customers, and bearing their full cost.
- Keeping offers and messages truthful, not misleading, and compliant with applicable law.
- Using customer data only for the loyalty program, and not sending spam or unrelated messages.
7. Data and privacy
- Customer data belongs to the business; we process it on its behalf solely to provide the service.
- We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.
- The business can export its customer data and reports at any time.
- When deletion is requested, we delete the data within 30 days, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. Notifications and wallet limits
- Cards work through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet and are subject to both companies’ policies.
- Google allows up to 3 alerting notifications per card every 24 hours.
- Customers control their card’s notifications on their phone, so we cannot guarantee that every notification or nearby-branch alert appears.
9. Availability and support
- We aim to keep the Platform available at all times; it may pause briefly for maintenance or updates.
- Support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp, in Arabic and Kurdish.
- Hosting and updates are included in the subscription at no extra cost.
10. Acceptable use
- The Platform may not be used to promote unlawful products or services, or content contrary to public morals.
- You may not attempt to access other businesses’ accounts, disrupt the service, or manipulate stamps and rewards.
11. Limitation of liability
- We provide the Platform as a tool for running loyalty programs and are not responsible for the commercial relationship between a business and its customers.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is in all cases limited to the subscription fees of the last three months.
12. Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms when needed and will notify subscribers of material changes 14 days before they take effect.
- Continuing to use the Platform after that date means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law and contact
- These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Iraq, including the Kurdistan Region.
